Ever heard of a pasta burrito?  Neither have I, until now.  This is such a unique vegan recipe, and it’s super tasty as well.  Meira Geyser, Animal Liberation Activist, College Student, and Singer/Songwriter makes her original delicious plant-based pasta burrito!

Meira Geyser is an activist who is focusing on system change and getting everyone active. She is an organizer for DXE LA and has co-founded an online organization to encourage others to get active and speak up for animals. She is an incredible advocate for the animals, the planet, and the people.  Her fight for animal rights is fulltime and she is all about getting others to use their voice for the voiceless.  Check out this story on JaneUnChained where you can see Meira in action fighting for justice.  She is not afraid to fight for what is right and is definitely someone to follow and learn from.  Meira is quite an inspiration to me and many many others.  Be sure to follow her on her IG to stay up to date on all the actions she is doing in the animal rights and vegan movement.

Not only is Meira a warrior in the fight for animal rights, but she is a champion in the kitchen.  This pasta burrito she created is the bomb and so totally creative.  I hope you will try this recipe at home and let us know how you liked it!
