The ingredients used in today’s Superfood AVO-Spirulina Vegan Ice Cream!

 

Those Annoying Vegans!

 

AVO-Spirulina Ice Cream Recipe
1/2 cup coconut water
1 1/2 cup ice
1 cup pine nuts soaked in water for 12 hours (optional: sub in cashews)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 droppers of Stevia
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of cinnamon (or to taste)
1 tbsp organic spirulina mix (1:4 ratio powder to water)
1 avocado
vegan chocolate chips (to taste)
Blend all ingredients except pine nuts and chocolate chips. Once well-blended, add pine nuts and blend until creamy. Finally, fold in chocolate chips and pour into a container to freeze for 2+ hours.

Look at this beautiful cruelty-free ice cream! And, it’s healthy!
