Diana, one of the servers at the restaurant teams up with Chef Tara, to bring out the garlic bread with baked ricotta as well as several other amazing dishes from this restaurant. Today the taste testers also tried the Lasagna Pura, Carbonara, Caprese salad, Hot Peppas, and more! Let us tell you, this food is like sorcery in your mouth! You won’t believe how good it is. Jane, Paige, Michelle, and Ellen all give it the vegan seal of delicious approval!
Tara has been vegan for 30 years and a chef for 20 years. Tara says that some guests eat their whole meal without knowing it was vegan. Some guests say, ” They had never eaten a vegan meal before, but if this is what it’s like I could do this!” We agree this is definitely a must try restaurant for everyone, regardless of dietary choices. Bring all your pre-vegan friends and you will be tell us about their reactions. Tara says she has always worked in vegan restaurants but none of them were Italian. She is proud to share her veganized heritage with everyone who steps in her restaurant’s doors. Come dine in Pura Vita next time you are in the area and you will not regret it!
