Almond (Tuna) Salad
1c soaked almonds
1c sunflower seeds
1/3 c minced celery
1/4 c red onion
2 tbs minced dill
1 tbs oregano
3 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs agave / maple syrup
2 tbs kelp granules
1/4 tsp salt
Chia Seeds , Hemp Seeds , Spirulina

Mix almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor till mixed but still chunky then add all other ingredients blend till mixed and more flavors for your desired taste then wrap in collard green with your favorite sauce , or add to a salad or make a delicious untuna almond sandwich! Viola!
