RECIPE:  Kitchen Sink Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup broccoli rice
  • 1 cup shredded Brussel sprouts
  • slivered almonds
  • 2-3 minced dates
  • 1/3 c dried cherries
  • 1 diced apple, medium

Dressing

    • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 Tbsp olive oil
    • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of thyme
    • dash of oregano
    • optional
    • 3 Tbsp Tamari sauce
    • squeeze lime over salad

DIRECTIONS

  1. Assemble all the salad ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients until blended
  3. Immediately pour over the salad and toss until everything is evenly covered.
  4. Enjoy!!!
