RECIPE: Amy’s Kitchen Burritos and Quick Cucumber/Hummus Snack
Purchase Amy’s Kitchen Burritos (dairy free – without cheese) with a gluten-free option if desired
- Place frozen burrito on a microwave safe plate and cook according to your specific microwave, turing the burrito over half-way through the total cooking time.
- Chop up some organic Persian cucumbers into 2 inch stalks
- Serve with hummus. We used Eggplant Hummus from Trader Joe’s but any hummus will do.
