Vegan Cinnamon Roll In A Mug
An easy recipe that allows for making a single serving cinnamon roll at a time! And the best thing is that it only takes a few minutes to prepare it, and you don’t have to turn on the oven. J All vegan, all easy and delicious!

- INGREDIENTS FOR GLAZE TOPPING:
- 1-2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE CINNAMON ROLL:
- ¾ C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ C non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ Tbsp. vegan butter
In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. In a medium sized bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and non-dairy milk together until it’s no longer dry. Mix together with hands and knead it 1 or 2 times. Flatten into a disk. Make sure there are no dry spots left. Add a bit of flour to a cutting board or mat and shape flour mixture into a rectangle. Roll out dough to a 6” rectangle. Spread a layer of vegan butter over ½ of the mixture. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on half of dough. Fold dough over once and roll. Spray inside of mug with non-stick cooking spray. Place cinnamon roll inside and drizzle ½ tsp of water over the top. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. For the glaze topping-whisk small amounts of non-dairy milk into powdered milk slowly, until it is the consistency where you can drizzle it. Drizzle glaze on top! Enjoy!
