Mr. Russell’s Super Simple Tofu Bowl

Brown Rice, Browned Tofu, Sprouts, Condiment of Choice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tofu Veggie Burger Patty Hodo
  • 2 servings of brown rice
  • 1 cup of sprouts or add more or less for texture
  • 2-3 squirts of organic ketchup Whole Foods

Instructions
 

  • Place veggie burger patty in pan to warm up on medium heat for 10 mins. Cook the rice for 15 mins until tender. Cut the patty, add over rice in a bowl. Add sprouts on top. Squirt ketchup and stir with a fork, folding the items in together. Dig in!
