 Easy Bake Loaded Banana Chocolate Chips Walnut Muffins 

Easy and loaded vegan Banana Muffins that are so easy to make and packed with flavor! These are sure to become and all time family favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups flower
  • 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of Just Egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp if baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 C of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C of walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Smash bananas with a fork. Add JUST eggs. Add oil. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients. Add vegan chocolate chips & walnuts. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out each muffin and place in a greased muffin tin.
