  • 1/4 Cup organic blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons organic raw shelled hempseed
  • 1-2 Tablespoons organic Goji Berries
  • 1/4 Cup of your favorite plant milk I used unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk
  • 3 Tablespoons organic crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons raw cashews

Instructions
 

  • Place / pour into bowl ingredients in the order listed.
