Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Use avocado to make a creamy, smooth, delicious dairy-free Chocolate Mousse that everyone is sure to love.
- 1 avocado ripe
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons water or more as needed to blend
Add all above ingredients into a mini-processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Can be eaten immediately. Refrigerate or freeze overnight if you so choose.
Taste the mousse and add more syrup if needed. (Or anything extra you like!)
Refrigerate and eat within 48 hours.
💗Feel free to add frozen fruit (raspberries, cherries, blueberries, are all delicious!)
You can also use nuts. Walnuts are fabulous!
