Add the butter to the hot pan. Once melted, pour in the JUST egg. As it is cooking, chop it up with a silicone spatula. Add frozen peas and carrots. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes, then add rice. Stir while cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Add Seasoning and Soy Mixture and mix-in. Add Tofu and Veggies. Serve & ENJOY!
