VEGAN CREPES

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 C flour
  • ½ T cornstarch
  • 1/2 T sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 T oil
  • 1/2 C plant milk
  • 1/2 C sparkling water or plain water

Instructions
 

  • -Mix dry ingredients first. Add wet ingredients. Whisk. Use a solid 1/3C of mixture over medium heat. Flip when mixture isn’t shiny anymore. Cook on other side for 30 seconds. Add filling and wrap.
