sparkling water or plain water
Instructions
-Mix dry ingredients first. Add wet ingredients. Whisk. Use a solid 1/3C of mixture over medium heat. Flip when mixture isn’t shiny anymore. Cook on other side for 30 seconds. Add filling and wrap.
