Ingredients
  

  • Use veggies of your choice
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic
  • Broccoli
  • Potatoes
  • Butternut Squash
  • Bell Peppers
  • Purple Kale shredded
  • Corn
  • Tofu cubed

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the vegetables and place in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add seasoning mixture, and turn heat down low for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp but cooked.
  • Add the kale pieces at the very last minute, so they stay fresh and crisp.
