Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups greens
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 small steamed beet
  • 2-3 inches fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 oz stevia-sweetened tea cooled

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a high-speed blender and enjoy.
