  • 2 cups greens
  • 1 cup pre-cooked beans any kind
  • 1 cup pre-cooked brown rice or other grain
  • 1 cup fresh chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup raw red onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup aqua faba
  • other optional vegetables
  • Thai chili powder to taste

  • Build your bowl with all the ingredients
