Ingredients
  

  • extra firm or firm tofu - cut in cubes
  • 1 C of broccoli- cut into bite sizes
  • 1 C of Violife mozzarella
  • trader joes chickenless seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Sauté broccoli in a pan with water
  • Add tofu cubes
  • Sprinkle Trader Joe’s Chickenless seasoning
  • Sprinkle with plant-based cheese
  • Let the cheese melt
  • Enjoy!
