Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw soaked sunflower seeds
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 Tomato Optional
  • 1 thumb Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or dash of Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 Red Bell Peppers chopped fine
  • 1 bunch 60g coriander leaves (cilantro),
  • I -3 cloves of garlic according to taste

Instructions
 

  • Juice the lemons and the Ginger.
  • Mix everything in a powerful blender, spread on Living lettuce, and roll. Serve with chopped Carrots on the side.
