  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 avocado
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • Garlic Powder or minced garlic clove
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Chop all vegetables into a bowl.
  • Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and mix together.
  • Drizzle the dressing on top of the vegetables.
