Pumpkin Pie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 8 scoops of vanilla protein
  • 3 scoops of Arbonne protein boost or 1.5 more scoops of Arbonne vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop Arbonne fiber boost
  • 1 c oats
  • 1 c canned pumpkin
  • 1/4-1/2 c oat milk
  • 1/4 c Lakanto maple-flavored monk fruit syrup or regular maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t pumpkin spice
  • Optional:
  • Fold in 1/3c enjoy life mini chocolate chips and/or chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients in a food processor or by hand
  • Scoop balls onto a cookie sheet with a cookie scooper or spoon and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and ENJOY!
