Lakanto maple-flavored monk fruit syrup or regular maple syrup

Optional:
Fold in 1/3c enjoy life mini chocolate chips and/or chopped pecans
Instructions
Mix the ingredients in a food processor or by hand
Scoop balls onto a cookie sheet with a cookie scooper or spoon and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and ENJOY!
