Ingredients
  

  • Rice paper sheet
  • Turmeric Rice
  • Onions
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Tomato
  • Soy Sauce
  • Lemon Juice
  • Vegan mayo
  • Mustard
  • Basil
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Turmeric rice: on your rice cooker, dump 1 cup of rice and 1 tbsp of turmeric powder. Once cooked, let it sit until warm.
  • Soak the rice paper sheet in warm water for 15 seconds just to make it soft. Line up your turmeric rice, veggies, vegan mayo, mustard, soy sauce, basil, and parsley.
  • Wrap it up and enjoy :)
