Super Easy Breakfast Cookies
previously thawed formerly frozen bananas (or 3 nice and ripe bananas)
Old Fashioned Oats
Add any of the following in the amounts you like:
blueberries and brown sugar, Vegan chocolate morsels, Nuts, dried fruit.
Mix and spoon onto baking sheet.
Cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool for several minutes to firm up.
These freeze very well.
