Super Easy Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 3 previously thawed formerly frozen bananas (or 3 nice and ripe bananas)
  • 1 1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
  • Add any of the following in the amounts you like:
  • blueberries and brown sugar, Vegan chocolate morsels, Nuts, dried fruit.

Instructions
 

  • Mix and spoon onto baking sheet.
  • Cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool for several minutes to firm up.
  • These freeze very well.
