Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Brazil Nuts
  • 4-6 large pieces of Pitaya DragonFruit cut and frozen
  • 2 large mangoes cubed & frozen
  • 2 coconuts water & meat
  • 1 cup frozen coconut cream raw

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to your preferred consistency.
  • Optional: add Arconia Berries on top & spritz with Edible Rose Water.

Notes

To make the Pitaya Energy Bowl:
Add one teaspoon of a Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, Juiced Tumeric and Dried Ginger blend.
Then place Arconia Berries, Kiwi, Golden Berries, Goji Berries, Shredded Coconut, Raw Pistachios & Kiwi on top.
