Vegan Waffles: Cheesy Chickpea Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can garbanzo beans with brine
  • 1/2 c garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/2 c nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • vegan bleu cheese dressing follow your heart brand

Instructions
 

  • Blend in vitamin or food processor
  • *Preheat waffle maker
  • *set timer for 4 minutes 30 seconds
  • after waffles cook, drizzle with a bit of the bleu cheese dressing.
