Ingredients

of mashed chickpeas

of beet pureƩ

of tomato paste

of chopped parsley
1/2
chopped onion

tsp
of oregano

tsp
of garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
half of a finely chopped carrot
1/3
tsp
of finely chopped ginger
Cornstarch or oats if needed for texture
Guacamole
Spinach
Burger buns or flatbread
Instructions
Mix your mashed chickpeas with the spices (salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley), chopped ginger, onion, carrots, tomato paste, and beet pureƩ. You should have a paste-like consistency full of colors.
1*) Feel free to add cornstarch or oats if you want a more solid burger.
Place on an oiled pan at medium heat for 3 minutes per side or until you have a nice golden brown on each side.
Assemble your burger using the buns, guacamole, and spinach.
