Vegan French Toast Stuffed With PB&J

Ingredients
  

  • Your choice of bread!
  • Your choice of peanut butter
  • Your choice of Jelly/jam make sure there's no gelatin!
  • Approx 1.5T of Just Egg
  • Approx 1.5T of your choice of plant milk it can be sweet or unsweet
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg if you'd like

Instructions
 

  • Spray a frypan and let it get hot.
  • Make a PB&J sandwich!
  • Mix the Just Egg, plant milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the PB&J in the mixture. Let it sit in the mixture for about 10 seconds each side.
  • Place sandwich in the pan. Turn heat down to medium.
  • Let it cook until golden brown.
  • Flip and let the other side cook until golden.
  • Serve with syrup! YUMMY!
