BIG “FAKE” SALAD! VEGANIZED VERSION OF A “BIG MAC” SALAD!
Try this vegan Big Mac salad for a burst of flavor and a but of nostalgia.

- 2 HEADS OF CHOPPED ROMAINE LETTUCE
- 1 C TOMATOES CHOPPED
- ¾ C SHREDDED VEGAN CHEDDAR CHEESE
- ½ C CUT UP DILL PICKLES
- 2 BEYOND MEAT PATTIES (OR ANY KIND OF BEEF/BURGER SUBSTITUTE
- ADD A LITTLE SEA SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO THE “MEAT” AND SOME CHOPPED ONIONS IF DESIRED AS IT COOKS.
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- ½ C VEGAN MAYO
- 2 T SHREDDED/DICED PICKLES OR DILL PICKLE RELISH
- 2 TSP MUSTARD
- 1 TSP WHITE VINEGAR
- ½ TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
- DASH OF PEPPER
- 1 T SWEETENER
