Superfood Acai Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup granola I use Go Raw Cacao granola
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Kiwi
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries or 2 Tablespoons Goji Berries

Instructions
 

  • Place the Frozen bananas and Acai in a big speed blender, add liquid as needed. Start with 1/4 cup And add more if you need. It should be very thick and icy like an ice cream consistency.
  • Scoop out of your blender into an eco friendly coconut bowl, top with your desired toppings, or you can use the ones I added, AND ENJOY!!
