Ingredients
  

  • Spinach
  • Cooked Quinoa
  • Green and red bell peppers
  • Cucumber
  • Broccoli
  • Red Onion
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Tofu
  • Salt to taste
  • Tumeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Ground Cumin
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Szechuan Spicy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce
  • Sauce:
  • Tahini
  • Lemon Juice
  • maple syrup
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan cook tofu with Szechuan Spicy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce. Heat up Garbanzo beans with Salt to taste, Tumeric, Black Pepper, Ground Cumin and Cayenne Pepper. In a bowl add Spinach as your base. Add all other ingredients in the amount you want on top. Mix Sauce ingredients together and drizzle on top of bowl. With each bite think of something, you are grateful for.

Notes

Buy all organic if possible. Add amount of ingredients to taste. This is YOUR gratitude bowl so make it to make YOU happy! YOU can’t go wrong!
