Chickpea Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15- oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 4 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • ½ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
