Badass Vegan Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package crumbled tofu or 1 package Gardein beefless ground
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 diced yellow pepper
  • 1 diced orange pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 large can organic tomato sauce 28 Oz
  • 1 large can organic crushed tomatoes 28 Oz
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Cayenne pepper optional to taste
  • Oregano optional to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pot on the stove, cook on medium for about 30 minutes, then simmer for another 30 minutes. Let cool and serve!
  • In a crockpot: cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours, then turn to low for an additional 2-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Let cool and serve! ????
