Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of Pinto beans
  • 1 can of fire-roasted tomatoes
  • Collard greens multiple handfuls chopped up
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Spices
  • Manicotti noodles

Instructions
 

  • Add beans, tomatoes, collard greens, garlic, rice, water, and spices all together until the water is absorbed to make a stew.
  • Cook noodles separately
  • Stuff the noodles with stew and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until at desired crispness.
