VEGAN PIZZA BAGELS FOR THE WIN!
You have no excuse not to make these Vegan Pizza Bagels, as there are only 6 simple steps to make them. Sorsha puts pineapple as one of her toppings, as well as vegan pepperoni, olives, microgreens, and of course, vegan cheese. But honestly, you can use whatever toppings you want, make it your own if you so choose. I think I would put some pepperoncinis on mine since I love a little spice!
Vegan Pizza Bagels
- 2 bagels halved (makes 4 pizza bagels)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 - 1.5 cups vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan pepperoni Louisville Vegan Jerky Perfect Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pineapple sliced
- 1/2 black olives sliced
- 2-4 tbsp microgreens
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place bagel halves on a prepared baking sheet.
- Top with pizza sauce, vegan mozzarella, vegan pepperoni jerky, pineapple, and olives.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until bagel is crispy and the vegan cheese has melted.
- Take out of the oven, top with microgreens, and enjoy the delicious vegan pizza bagels!
