Sunni Speaks is a Florida A&M University graduate, who has dynamically changed the way black people view veganism. Sunni’s larger-than-life personality draws in an international audience to her platform, who stay for her veganized spins on soulful classics. Her motto is “Anything you can think of, I can make it vegan.” She has proven that by creating her patent-pending Smackin’ Food line that she ships nationwide.

Back To The Vegan Chicken Alfredo!
Sunni used Not-Chick’n store-bought vegan chicken for her chicken alfredo recipe. Another great brand of vegan chicken is made by Sweet Earth. I literally eat it every day. It is so good. But you can use whatever vegan chicken you prefer. The creamy alfredo sauce she made looks so incredible. You can’t have chicken alfredo without a creamy sauce! And she nailed it. If you want to try this recipe at home it is posted below. Let’s take a look at how her dish turned out.
Vegan Chicken Alfredo
- Vegan Chicken
- Vegan Chicken Bouillon
- Vegan Chicken Seasoning
- 1/2 onion
- cloves of fresh garlic
- Lots of vegan butter
- Non Dairy Milk
- Black Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Chef Cutie Pie Sazon
- Vegan Mozzarella
- Vegan Cream Cheese
- Vegan Parm
- Pasta of your choosing
- Fresh Broccoli
- Fresh Basil to garnish
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- Olive Oil
- -Pan sear chicken in oil with bouillon until golden brown
- -Season chicken, with chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper
- -Add a bit of water to deglaze the pan, and remove chicken but not the juice
- -Add butter garlic and onion to pan and reduce heat to medium low
- -Simmer until the garlic is soft and sweet and the onions are translucent
- -Whisk in flour
- -Whisk in cream cheese
- -Whisk and pour in milk
- -Add in parmesan but save some to garnish
- -Season sauce with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, sazon, salt
- -Whisk in mozzarella and milk intermittently until sauce is smooth and creamy
- -Lower heat to keep sauce warm
- -Follow box instructions to cooking the pasta of your choice
- -Halfway through the cook time add broccoli florets to the top of the pasta to steam
- -Strain the pasta
- -Layer pasta, broccoli, and sauce. Top with chicken, parm, and fresh basil
