It's time to go bananas with Your Vegan Friend Tonia with an easy, yummy BANANAS FOSTER RECIPE!!LET'S DO THIS!!BANANAS FOSTER ON CREPESCREPES3/4C flour½ T cornstarch1/2T sugar1/8tsp salt1T oil1/2C plant milk1/2C sparkling water or plain water-Mix dry ingredients first. Add wet ingredients. Wisk. Use a solid 1/3C of mixture over medium heat. Flip when mixture isn’t shiny anymore. Cook on other side for 30 seconds. Add filling and wrap. BANANAS FOSTER1/3C vegan butter3/4C brown sugar2tsp. vanilla extract2T water3/4tsp ground cinnamon4 bananas cut up1/3C walnuts (if desired)Vegan vanilla ice cream (if desired) Vegan chocolate topping (if desired)-In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar, vanilla, water and cinnamon. When mixture begins to bubble, place bananas (and walnuts if desired) in pan. Cook until bananas are hot (1 or 2 minutes). Served over ice cream or wrapped in crepe.

Now Let’s Eat Some Banana Fosters!
Banana Fosters is traditionally a dessert made from bananas and vanilla ice cream, with a sauce made from butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, dark rum, and banana liqueur. But Tonia makes it vegan, and without alcohol, and atop a crepe. It is so flavorful, satisfies your sweet tooth, and fills you with nothing but satisfaction! I promise you this recipe is super easy to make, even I can do it! The recipe is posted below so be sure to give it a try!
- 3/4 C flour
- ½ T cornstarch
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 T oil
- 1/2 C plant milk
