Oatmeal is such a great breakfast food.  There are so many versatile ways to incorporate oatmeal into your morning routine.  Jane has created the perfect option for those who have limited time but desire a healthy and energetic meal in the morning.  Her creation replaces the “overnight oats” option and just gets straight to the point.  She doesn’t see the need to overnight her oats in the fridge, and she proves it works just fine to build and eat an amazing fruit and oat bowl on the morning of.  People are busy and often forget to prepare their overnight oats the night before, so this is a great option for those forgetful evenings. Just build the oat bowl of your dreams, with the toppings of your choice, add some plant-milk, and alas, you’ve got breakfast.
