Brazilian Vegan Cheese Bread Recipe
- ½ cup tapioca flour cassava flour will also work
- ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- ¼ cup arrowroot flour
- ½ round Miyoko’s Mozz cheese
- ½ tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Neutral spray oil for pan
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Lightly spray a 6-muffin pan with oil.
- Fill cups 1/2 way full with batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
