Vegan Spring Rolls and Vegan Life Choices!
Andres loves being vegan. What’s not to like? Plants are awesome. According to Andres, he had no problem transitioning to a vegan lifestyle and actually felt liberated by choosing veganism: no animals need to be harmed for his food, clothing, entertainment, etc. Andres feels that doing the right thing, by choosing vegan, is so easy. And I would have to agree. Being vegan these days is not difficult, and it feels so good to do the right thing and live a cruelty-free life. I couldn’t agree more.
Now let’s dive into the food…
