Nice cream is a great choice for a simple vegan dessert to make at home.  It is perfect for the hot summer months and is versatile, so you can choose your favorite flavors and turn them into vegan ice cream.  All you need are some frozen super ripe bananas and the possibilities are endless.

Vegan Banana Nice Cream

Course Desserts


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • One packet of frozen Organic Super Smoothie Mix from Clovis Farms avail at Costco which contains: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kale, spinach, and bananas
  • if unavailable use any frozen fruit mix
  • 2 dates make sure the pits are removed or remove them yourself
  • 1/2 cup of plant-based milk whichever you like
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of nut creamer optional you can always add a tablespoon more plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Stevia powder
  • 4 extra frozen strawberries if you like a pinker color


  • Blend all together in a blender until smooth. Freeze and serve later or just have it on the spot in a cone or a dish... or both!
