This past Sunday, Sara Paul joined the Ellora Wellness kitchen virtually to show the power of Just One Organics, a globally regenerative food company on a mission to help farmers, feed the hungry, and decentralize the food system. This is a system that heats food quickly in a few minutes in order to preserve the majority of nutrients. The flakes or crystals they produce can be added to smoothies, soups, or any of your dishes. Today, Sara made a quick and easy “Schmilk” and a beet tahini dressing, which were done in just a few minutes in a blender.

Aronia Berry Hemp Schmilk-
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Beet Tahini Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
