Organic vegan foodie Sara M Paul is virtually joining the Ellora Wellness kitchen to whip up Aronia Berry Hemp Milk and Beet Tahini Salad Dressing from scratch using Just One Organics.

This past Sunday, Sara Paul joined the Ellora Wellness kitchen virtually to show the power of Just One Organics, a globally regenerative food company on a mission to help farmers, feed the hungry, and decentralize the food system. This is a system that heats food quickly in a few minutes in order to preserve the majority of nutrients. The flakes or crystals they produce can be added to smoothies, soups, or any of your dishes. Today, Sara made a quick and easy “Schmilk” and a beet tahini dressing, which were done in just a few minutes in a blender.
