1st Klass Vegetable Medley w/Couscous

Course Main Courses

Ingredients
  

  • Bell Peppers Orange,Yellow, Green Peppers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • Couscous
  • garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • -Cut up all vegetables and put into your pan with olive oil, let simmer for 5 to 10mins
  • -Use a medium size pot to boil your water
  • -Add couscous to water, turn down and let simmer for 5 to 10mins.
  • - When couscous is ready, take a fork or spoon and stir in the garlic.
  • -Combine Vegetables and couscous together.
