This Creamy Pumpkin Fluff Dip is quick and easy to make and wonderful for holiday parties, potlucks or school functions, as children absolutely LOVE the dip in the pumpkin (as do adults!) All the simple ingredients for this awesome fall pumpkin dip!

 

THE RECIPE

 

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz) tub of frozen non-dairy whipped cream (thawed) *I used Coco Whip by SO Delicious
1 (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix 
1 (15 oz) can solid packed organic pumpkin  
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice  
Recipe:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put inside a hollowed-out fresh pumpkin or festive bowl and serve with (vegan) cinnamon Graham Crackers or Ginger Snaps cookies or fresh apple slices. I used organic Granny Smith and Ambrosia apples. You can also put the Pumpkin dip between two cookies and put in the freezer overnight to make a delicious ice cream sandwich!
