On this segment of #LunchBreakLIVE Erin Riley-Carrasco and friends met with vegan Chef Robert Gafney and explored some of the delicious vegan entrees that are featured on the menu at Bagby Beer in Oceanside, CA. Their menu has over 10 vegan meals and all are mouthwateringly delicious! They even have vegan DESSERTS! Pictured below are their vegan Potato Flautas with Soyrizo, fresh tomatillo salsa, salsa verde and served with refried spiced black beans. Another menu favorite is his famous macaroni and cheese with roasted mushrooms, seitan, truffle oil and panko herb crust (this is Erin’s favorite!!) And last is their delicious Griddled Hearts of Palm Cakes with Sriacha Aioli, baby kale, lemon oil and basil blossoms. They melt in your mouth and are SOOOO delicious! Not only does Bagby’s have an incredible array of vegan entrees, but they are animal friendly, so bring your special fur baby to eat with you! Chef Robert is also a huge animal lover and was loving on Loius, who was just rescued by Erin’s #AlmaRescueFoundation after being hit by a car in Baja, MX.
