All the flavor and none of the cruelty! Yum!

“Kale Yea!” This dish is packed with good for you greens!

The Green Dream Campaign works toward getting legislation passed that is good for the planet. Molly explains that she will walk up to any legislator and ask them to back environmentally friendly initiatives. There is no more denying that the climate is changing and Molly is making sure that politicians and political parties stop denying it if they are. Her Green Dream Pledge asks the people in charge of these political parties to pledge their dedication to saving our planet and to adhere to the Green Dream Code of Ethics.  Molly also makes recipes that emphasize environmental awareness. All the recipes are vegan and they are all delicious!

Molly starts making her Green Dream pasta by chopping up her Litelife “meatless savory chick’n.” She chops the broccoli fast like a pro and throws that into the pan with the chopped chick’n. Then, Molly slices the dark green kale and puts that into the mix. Meanwhile, the pasta boils and Molly finishes sautéing the veggies in chick’n. Jane explains that it looks like an actual chicken, but no innocent creature had to die to make it. You can whip this pasta up in a flash at home with Molly’s recipe below!

Green Dream:
2 packages of  Lightlife Smart Tenders
One cup and 1/2 Organic Olive Oil
2 stalks of  Organic Broccoli
One bunch of  Organic Kale
One package frozen Organic Peas
Package of Vegan Shell Pasta
Prepare the peas. Follow the direction on the package. When done, put to the side. Prepare pasta and put to the side. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Chop tenders into small pieces, put in the heated olive oil and sauté until brown.Chop broccoli, add to tenders and olive oil. Stir frequently. Add more olive oil if necessary. Chop kale and add to the skillet. Stir frequently. Add peas. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring frequently.

Take a large bowl and put the Green Dream mix in then add the pasta. Mix thoroughly.
