This in the wake of an undercover investigation showing extreme cruelty inflicted on calves and mother cows at a so-called “humane” dairy farm: Fair Oaks, which supplies Coca-Coca partner Fairlife! As we make plant-based milk, and cookies, we will showcase the numerous alternatives: almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk, oat milk, rice milk, hemp milk, macadamia milk… and various combos! Delicious cookies made without any dairy!

 

A closer look at these delicious cookies and of course a glass of plant-based milk!

These cookies are so easy to make.  So grab some plant-based milk and try making these at home.

THE RECIPE:

Paige’s Cookies 

2 Ripe Bananas 

2 Tbl your favorite Nut Butter

1 1/2 C Oats

1/2 C Coconut Flour

3/4 Bag of Chocolate Chips 

1 Tbl your favorite Plant-based Milk

Smash the banana with a fork until mashed. Mix in the nut butter. Add the oats and flour, then fold in the chocolate chips. Bake for 6-8 mins at 350 degrees. Serve with a cold glass of plant-based milk such as Soy milk, Almond Beverage, Macadamia, Hemp, Cashew, Sunflower and/or Rice milk. Let the cookies melt in your mouth and enjoy!
