Switch4Good To A Plant-Based Diet and Change the World!

#JaneUnChained #LIVE with the amazing team from Switch4Good, Olympian Dotsie Bausch & actress/activist Alexandra Paul! These three women are using their platforms to enlighten others about what is going on in the movement for veganism and animal rights. Listen in and let’s change the world together!
These three powerhouse women have improved their lives with a vegan lifestyle and now they are helping others using their platforms!

Newsflash! If you eat chicken or fish, you are not a vegetarian! Jane explains what it means to bear witness which is what activists do when they attend Save Movement vigils at slaughterhouses and live markets to comfort animals that are suffering as much as possible. Jane also explains what it was like to grow up in a mostly pescatarian household. Her mother who grew up with a pet pig who was slaughtered, and it devastated her. Her mom decided to become a pescatarian and she also converted Jane’s father to a pescatarian diet. So Jane didn’t grow up eating meat. But she still ate animal products until she realized how awful animal products were with one statement that dairy is “liquid meat.”

Jane recommends that people realize just like she did with alcoholism that they need to abstain from eating animal products because it’s not good for them or anyone else. Dotsie explains that people are addicted to animal products mostly because of what they see. Jane elaborates that people are raised that way and they see animal products glamorized in ads every day. Everyone has their demons. Jane struggled with alcoholism 23 years ago and Dostie and Alexandra struggled with multiple eating disorders in their past. Animal products are addictive too. People don’t realize until they go against the grain that their normalized behaviors may not beneficial to them. Let’s leave behind the “primitive idea” that we need to hurt and kill animals for food. Alexandra explains it perfectly when she says we can take our addictive behaviors and channel them towards productive causes. We can become addicted to doing good just like these three women have. Share this information with everyone and you can help change the world and save lives too!
