Getting Active At The Central Coast Vegfest!

The incredible lineup of speakers at this event that included our very own Jane Velez-Mitchell and Paige Parsons Roache!

#JaneUnChained #LIVE at the 2nd annual Central Coast VegFest in San Luis Obispo, CA with multiple incredible speakers, including Jason Wrobel, Chef Babette Davis, Sgt. Vegan and Jane Velez-Mitchell. Watch Jane share how you can get more active. GO LIVE!!!

Paige and Jane going LIVE on stage during her speech!

Jane explains why she started JaneUnchained News Network. Jane was tired of seeing a complete lack of coverage of vital issues affecting the planet, the animals, and our health on mainstream media. She decided to start going LIVE on her account to share the truth with everyone she could reach. Content from vegan cooking shows to animal rights marches are all shared on JaneUnchained News Network. This is programming that simply is not widely available on mainstream media, if at all. The animals are dying and so is the planet, so as Jane says, “Done beats perfect” in reference to getting LIVE videos posted. She encourages everyone to get out of their comfort zones and get on camera or do posts. Get on your social media and tell everyone the truth however you can. Social media is extremely powerful and most of us have it at our fingertips. “We cannot afford to be shy anymore.” The time is now to raise our voices for the animals and our planet by sharing the truth!

Learn how to save our planet with Paige Parsons Roache in the next video!

#JaneUnChained #LIVE at the 2nd annual Central Coast Vegans’ Central Coast VegFest in San Luis Obispo, CA with multiple incredible speakers, including Jason Wrobel, Chef Babette Davis, and Jane Velez-Mitchell. Watch LunchBreakLIVE’s booker Paige Parsons Roache shares about Eco-veganism and the importance of environmentalists going vegan and vegans being eco-friendly!
Paige talking about her first passion that led her to veganism, saving the planet!

Paige explains that the planet is suffering and the weather changes are becoming all too apparent. It snowed in Los Angeles near where she lives last week!  This is only a taste of what is to come if we don’t change our practices rapidly and now.  Paige explains that she started off as an environmentalist before she went vegan. Paige decided to go vegan for the planet and calls herself an eco-vegan. Paige can be seen carrying a basket of environmentally-friendly products like bamboo flatware that she sells that anyone can use on the go. Let’s avoid making our era on this planet called the Plasticine Era, due to the massive amounts of plastic pollution we leave here.  Paige also loves food and was fortunate to have a friend who had been vegan for several years to show her how wonderful vegan food could be. By changing your diet to a plant-based one, you can also defend the planet like “classy trashy gal,” Paige!

Watch as Chef Babette and Marlon Rison rock a cooking demo in the next video!
This rowdy bunch made Central Coast Vegfest fun and exciting!

#JaneUnChained #LIVE at the 2nd annual Central Coast VegFest in San Luis Obispo, CA where Chef Babette Davis and Marlon Rison share a cooking demo with us! Watch Chef Babette get messy making this simple recipe for enchilada pie that is a huge hit at her restaurant Stuff I Eat  in Inglewood, CA. She will readily admit that she has no professional training but her food is delicious because she understands flavor! Marlon, the “Plant-based G,” gets his hands dirty too as he assists Chef Babette. She says she avoids over salting the enchilada pie by not using too much of the Braggs liquid amino and not adding extra salt where it is unnecessary. Choose compassion and health by eating amazing vegan food like this enchilada pie Chef Babette and Marlon made today!
