Amazing Artist Cooks Stir Fry and Captures Animals Perfectly!

Jane O’Hara poses with Cabo and her amazingly detailed painting of him and Jane Velez-Mitchell’s other rescue animals!

#LunchBreakLIVE with famed painter Jane O’Hara who is known for her paintings of animals! Today Jane makes delicious vegan sausage stir fry and a filo dough Miyoko’s vegan cheese pastry! Amazing art in the kitchen and on the canvas! Join the party! Ask questions!

This whole Miyoko’s cheese pastry appetizer literally takes four ingredients to make! Yum!

Jane O’Hara’s painting really captured the personalities of Jane and Donna’s four rescue animals, Foxy, Tux, Rico, and Cabo, right down to their unique expressions. Jane O’Hara uses her incredible artistic talent to help animals. She even gives her paintings to people who work very hard to save animals. Jane and Donna were floored by how amazing the painting of their four-legged babies is! Jane O’Hara is all in for animal rights! She also uses her art to portray cruel practices by companies that torture and kill animals.

Vegan cheese and crackers anyone??

Jane O’Hara transitioned to veganism through her artwork ten years ago. She connected with the animals when she was painting a piece called “Sacrifice.” This piece portrays the animals who are suffering due to barbaric human practices. Painting these animals made her feel empathy for them. It was also the push she needed to cut animal products out of her diet. She hopes that her art will reach others and help them connect with the plight of animals.

These simple ingredients make this stir fry easy for anyone to make!
Wow Jane O’Hara makes the Miyoko’s cheese pastry in about a minute! She says this recipe is perfect to serve at or bring to parties. She says you can pop the pastry in the oven for about 30-40 minutes and you have a delicious appetizer to pair with crackers. The filo dough looks like paper and is accidentally vegan, thankfully for us. Jane Velez-Mitchell says it is “mmmm yum yum yum.” Jane O’Hara’s stir fry is also super simple and easy to make. Try making these super simple dishes at home with the recipes below!
Dinner in about 10 minutes is possible with this stir fry!

Any representatives of the events or companies in this piece are welcome to respond at any time.
