Festive Cranberry Ginger Oats for the Holidays!

Today Erin is using fresh cranberries that are in season and fresh ginger. If you don’t like cranberries, you can use another berry like blueberries. Erin explains cranberries have wonderful antioxidant quality and they also help prevent urinary tract infections! Erin swears by a whole foods plant-based diet without preservatives. She says she has never felt better since she transitioned to this way of eating. After sautéing the cranberries, ginger, and brown sugar, Erin adds quick oatmeal, water and coconut milk. This recipe already sounds delicious!
Erin went on a holistic cruise recently, and the doctors recommended eating oatmeal every day. Erin explains that oatmeal lowers cholesterol, maintains blood sugar, is rich in antioxidants, and kick starts your metabolism. Don’t wait until the afternoon to eat your first meal.
