Mark Thompson is a regular commentator on the TYT Network, a newscaster, radio talk show host and a two-time Emmy award winner for writing, hosting and producing specials for the Fox Broadcasting Company stations. His voice is familiar from the many television shows and commercials he is on. Mark has been the voice of American Idol since the start of the show!
You can make this vegan sandwich in a jiffy if you’re short on time!
For many years Mark aspired to become a vegetarian. He knew that the treatment of the animals he ate was wrong. He regularly helped dogs and cats get adopted and realized the “hypocrisy” of his actions versus his love for animals. Once he found out the full extent of what happens to farm animals, he wanted nothing to do with any animal products. The most troubling animal agricultural industry to him, is the dairy industry. Mark has been vegan for 6.5 years, and he focuses on promoting veganism however he can. He likes reaching open-minded people and youths to help create change in the future.
Two outspoken vegans using their media experience to reach the masses.
Mark starts by torturing/ pressing his tofu in his tofu press to get rid of the extra water content. Next, he chops up a bunch of onions. Then he mixes the onions and vegan mayo together. He takes the pressed tofu and blends it into the mix. Mark’s special ingredient to take this sandwich over the top is sweet relish! The completed sandwich looks unbelievably good! Jane and Paige definitely enjoyed their sandwiches! It is the perfect quick, easy, manly or womanly sandwich to enjoy on the go. Try making it at home with Mark’s recipe at home and don’t forget the relish!
